miStable allows both Trainers and Owners to cancel a Direct Debit.
For Trainers (from the Dashboard)
From the Main Menu, go to Contacts to open the Manage Contact screen.
Click Manage for the contact you want to update.
Open the Billing tab.
Under the Direct Debit section, click Cancel.
For Owners
Owners can cancel by themselves in the Owner App, or via the same Update Payment link (there is an opt-out option).
After cancellation, the owner will receive a confirmation email: “Direct Debit with [Trainer Name] has been cancelled.”
