Direct Debit - Sending a Direct Debit Request to Owners

There are three ways to email a Direct Debit invite to your Owners. You can invite them Individually, by Horse or by Syndicate.

Send a Direct Debit request:

• Navigate to the Main Menu and select Onboarding
• Select Recipients (Individual, Horse or Syndicate)
• Choose the Owner/s in the search field
• Tick the Direct Debit Setup
• Click Send Email
