Direct Debit – Request Form

Once the Owner has clicked on the Direct Debit link in the email, the Owner will see a Direct Debit Request Form as per the example below. The Owner will need to agree to the T&C’s then proceed by clicking the Accept & Continue.

The Owner is required to complete all required fields (red *) to finalise.

Both the customer and the merchant will receive an email to advise that their direct debit registration was successfully completed.
