Direct Debit – Get Link

If you need to register an Owner for Direct Debit on their behalf—such as over the phone or using a completed paper form—you can generate their customised Direct Debit request form using the Copy Setup Link option.

To do this:

• Go to the Owner’s profile and click Manage
• Select the Billing tab
• Click Copy Setup Link to generate and copy the customised Direct Debit form link

• Open a new tab in your web browser. Paste the URL into the address bar, and press Enter.
• This will then display your Owner’s custom Direct Debit Request Form.
• Complete the payment details, and follow the prompts above (as per owner setup).
