Direct Debit - Sending a Direct Debit Request ALTERNATIVE

1. Go to Contacts
2. Select Manage Contact
3. Navigate to the Billing tab
4. Choose either:

• Send Direct Debit Setup Email – this generates a pre-filled email you can send directly to the Owner, or

• Copy Setup Link – this copies the setup link so you can share it manually

If you select Send Direct Debit Setup Email, a draft email will open. Simply click Send to invite the Owner to complete their Direct Debit setup.
