Direct Debit - Status

You can check on an Owner’s direct debit status at any time.

Go to the Owner’s profile (Contacts - Manage)

You have the option to Send Request to an individual owner from this page.

Example below of when the Owner has been sent the Direct Debit request, confirmed, and is now registered for Direct Debit.
