Work through this checklist:
1. Was your owner added to "Contacts" as an "Owner"?

2. Was your owner added to the Horse you are reporting on? There are two ways to check:
- From the Contact -> Click "Manage" and see the horses they are assigned.


- From "Horses" -> Click "Manage" a horse and see the Owner list.


3. Is the owner’s email address correct? To verify their email address, click "Manage" the contact -> click "Edit" button. 
4. Is Horse Report is ON for that owner? To check, click "Manage" from the contact -> Click "Edit" button and scroll down to turn Horse Reports button ON. 
5. Are the settings of their email client (such as Outlook, Gmail etc.) restricting the delivery of their Horse Report by email (i.e. is their email security too tight)?
6. Have they recently changed their email address and not notified you?
