Horse Report Reminders

Horse Report Reminders are designed to help remind trainers to send reports. There are three types of reminders:

• One Time: Reminds you to send a report for a specific horse/s at a scheduled time
• Recurring: Reminds you to send a report for a specific horse/s on a recurring weekly schedule
• Smart: Reminds you to send a report for horses that haven’t had a report sent in 'x' amount of days

Steps to create Report Reminders:

1. Click on Owner Updates from the left-hand menu → select Report Reminders
2. The screen will show all existing reminders, where you can manage (activate/deactivate/edit)
3. Click the blue Create Reminder button to create a new one
4. Choose the type of reminder
5. Fill in the necessary information
6. You can select multiple horses or even choose All Horses, and you can also send reminders to multiple admins
