Trainers App: How to send a report

To send a report using the Trainers App, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Trainers App.

2. Tap the plus (+) button at the bottom of the screen → select Send Report.

3. Select Horse from the dropdown list. You can choose one horse, multiple horses, or even All Contacts.

4. Choose the Send Type according to your preference.

5. Add your message in the white text area.

6. At the bottom of the screen, choose the media you want to include:

	Select images or videos from your Library.
	Take a photo directly using your device.
	Record a video directly.
	Upload audio from your library or record audio directly.

7. You can also create a poll here if needed. You can choose a pre-created poll or create a new one. See the poll creation guide here.

8. Tap the button in the top-right corner to Send, Save, or Schedule the report.

Just a quick note - There are still two other ways to access the Send Reports feature:

• Tap on Updates at the bottom of the screen → Select the horse you want to send a report for → Tap the plus (+) button in the top-right corner of the screen

• Or tap on Horse at the bottom of the screen → Select the horse you want to send a report for → Tap the blue plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner of the screen → Select Send Horse Report
