How to View Horse Missing Reports

1. Tap the More icon at the bottom of the screen → select Horse Missing Report
2. You will see a list of all horses that have not had a report sent. You can filter by date or search for a specific horse by name.
3. Tap the plus (+) icon next to any horse to send a report.

How to View Horse Report Reminders

1. From the Horse Missing Report screen, you can see which horses already have reminders set in the blue text under horses name. Tap on a reminder to view details.

   

2. To view the full list of Horse Report Reminder, tap the reminder icon at the top right corner

3. Tap on a reminder to view details. You can tap the gear icon to edit the reminder or tap Compose All to go directly to the Send Report screen.

How to Create Horse Report Reminders

1. From the Horse Report Reminders screen, tap the plus (+) icon at the top right corner to create a new one.

2. Choose the reminder type:

• One Time - Reminds you to send a report for specific horse(s) at a scheduled time
• Recurring - Reminds you to send a report for specific horse(s) on a recurring weekly schedule
• Smart - Reminds you to send a report for horses that haven’t had a report in 'x' number of days

3. Select the horses for the reminder. You can select multiple horses or even All Horses

4. Choose the staff you want to notify. You can also select multiple staff members.

5. Enter the reminder message, then tap Save.
