We're excited to launch Followers, a brand-new feature designed to help you effortlessly build and connect with your database.
Now, whenever someone follows one of your horses or follows you directly through the miStable Owner App, their details are automatically added to your miStable dashboard with a “Follower” role.
Steps to View Followers
From the Dashboard, go to the left-hand menu.
Click the arrow next to Contacts to expand the list.
Select Followers from the dropdown.
What You Will See
A list of Followers, including Owners who follow your horse but are not directly assigned to you.
Statistics tables showing the number of new followers per week and per month.
You can filter your followers list by various conditions such as Follow Trainer or Horse Name.
Benefits of Followers
- No more manual data entry – new contacts are saved instantly
- A growing, qualified database of racing enthusiasts and potential owners
- Ability to target these followers with communications, including:
Horse shares available
Stable updates or open days
Monthly newsletters
Footage and behind-the-scenes content
With miStable Followers, your fanbase becomes a valuable marketing asset – helping you turn casual interest into future ownership opportunities.
Removing Followers
You can remove a follower entirely from your list, or remove them from following a specific horse only.
1. Remove a Follower from Your Entire List
This will remove them from following you as a trainer and all horses they currently follow.
To do this:
Click the trash bin icon next to their information.
The system will prompt for confirmation - click Confirm.
You will see a success message indicating they have been removed.
2. Remove a Follower from a Specific Horse Only
This will still allow them to follow you as a trainer or follow other horses.
To do this:
Click on the horse name they are following.
Click the trash bin icon next to that horse name.
Confirm the action.
You will see a success message indicating they have been removed from that horse.
