Search for the contact and click "Manage". (NOTE: make sure they are set as Owner roles)
Click ACTIVE button to make a contact ACTIVE or INACTIVE
From the owner page you will be able to:
- Add a singular horse or all horses via the +ADD HORSE button
- See list of horses that contact is involved with
- Notifications they are turned on/off for
- Their horses management diary, owner reports they have received (via the communications tab) and their invoices (billing)
How to Edit a Contact
To edit the information of the contact click the Edit button on the right hand side of the contact
How to Change Notification Preferences for Contacts
To adjust the notifications a contact receives, follow these steps:
- Click the Edit button next to the contact's name
- Select Notifications under that contact
- From here, you can toggle different notifications on or off as needed
Additionally, you can enter an alternative billing email address if the contact prefers invoices to be sent to a different email than the one used for owner reports.
Once you’ve made the necessary changes, click the Update button to save.
How to Enable Media Downloads for Contacts
If you have a contact, such as a syndication owner, who needs to download media files from reports for distribution, you can easily enable this feature.
- Go to the General Settings after clicking the Edit Contact button
- Find the option to allow media downloads for horse reports
- Toggle this setting on to enable downloads for the contact
This will allow them to access to download all relevant media files of their horse reports
