Voting Polls

The Voting Poll feature is ideal for naming your horse or gauging opinions within your community. You can create polls with multiple options, attach photos, and set expiry dates.

• Manage Polls: View and manage all your polls in one place
• Voting History: Access detailed voting history of participants
• Poll Overview: See a snapshot of votes and search by title

Creating a Poll

1. Click on Voting Poll
2. Select + Create a Poll
3. Fill in the necessary details (options, photos, expiry date)

Managing Your Polls

To view or manage your polls:

1. Click on Manage.
2. Access details such as:
   • Voting options and vote counts
   • Creation and expiry dates
   • Description
   • Pie chart of votes (exportable)
   • Poll settings (editable)
   • Filterable voting history by option or owner name
   • Detailed view of who voted and their choices, including date and time
   • Export as CSV

Attaching Polls to Horse Reports

Enhance interaction by attaching a poll directly within the owner updates creation screen via the Insert button.
