The Race Day Attendance feature allows you to easily create and manage events. You can set up a race day event independently or attach it to an acceptance alert.

- View past and upcoming events
- Search events by name
Creating an Event
- Click on + Add Event.
- Fill in the event details.
- Create social events, such as an open day.
- Toggle the "Require Sign-in" option to limit registrations to owners with the owner app.
- Choose whether it’s a free event or include a URL link for ticket purchases for Paid events.
Attaching Events to Acceptance Alerts
- Go to the dashboard and find the race stage.
- Click on the three dots next to the race stage.
- Select "Attach Event" and link the event to the race.
Once the next stage for the horse is released, the event will be attached, allowing owners to register their interest easily for tickets or to attend.
View and Manage your Event
To view and manage your event, navigate to the Events section in your dashboard, select Raceday Attendance, choose your specific event from the list, and click the Manage button to access all relevant details and options, including viewing the race and the horse it is related to, if applicable.
View Owner Details Each registered owner will have the following information displayed:
- Time and Date of Registration: When they signed up.
- Status: Current registration status (e.g. confirmed, pending).
- Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number.
- Chosen Option: The option selected during registration.
This overview allows you to effectively manage participant information and ensure a smooth event experience.
Owners will receive notifications about the event via email and through the app, ensuring they stay informed and there they can sign up to the event.
