ASSIGNING INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT DETAILS PER HORSE / GROUPS

You can now change horse payment details for a Whole Invoice or Per Horse by these following steps: 

  • Go to Billing on the menu -> Settings -> General Settings
  • Click the dropdown menu on Payment Detail Type and select Whole Invoice or Per Horse:

1. Whole Invoice: Default Payment Details will be applied and displayed at the bottom of Statement Summary Page on the invoice.

2. Per Horse: You now have the option to assign unique payment details for specific groups of owners. Please note that each horse can only be allocated to one group. Default Payment Details will be applied for the horses not assigned a group.

  • Click on Manage payment details for each horse to create groups.

  • Click the Add button to create a new group.

  • Once submitted, you can create the monthly invoice -> Payment Details will be displayed at the bottom of each Tax Invoice Page.
