- Go to Billing on your Dashboard and select Invoices from the dropdown menu.
- Click the CREATE/EDIT INVOICES button.
- Monthly Invoices:
- Choose the month or duration for which you want to create invoices. The system will automatically generate the invoices.
- Alternatively, click Show Advanced Options to specify a custom period, then click Create.
- Single Invoices:
- For manually created invoices, select this option to enter details as needed.
- Invoice Distribution
The expenses will be divided between the owners based on their ownership percentage. Each owner’s invoice will have a unique reference number.
To view each owner’s invoice, click the blue View button. - Monthly View
Click MONTHLY VIEW and then the blue VIEW button to see a summary of the invoices for the selected month.
What is the difference between Monthly, Single and Quick invoices?
- Monthly Invoices are used to bill all owners and horses for regular expenses at the end of each month.
- Single Invoices are ideal for charging a specific owner for one-off items not related to monthly billing, such as a horse share purchase.
- Quick Invoices let you instantly generate a one-off invoice for a horse and its owners — perfect for urgent expenses or charges missed during end-of-month invoicing.
