Add a Procedure

1. Click the blue +ADD button
2. Fill in all the relevant fields

Setting Up a Continual Procedure

• Tick the Continual box under the date
• The procedure will be automatically assigned to the relevant horses daily, without manual input
• If billable, the cost will be calculated daily until an end date is specified

Adding a Custom Procedure

• If the procedure is not already listed, click Add New and enter the relevant details
• Press Save

Create a Billable Procedure

• When adding a new procedure, toggle the Billable button ON
• Click Save once all details are entered and confirmed
• The sheet icon next to the procedure name indicated its a billable procedure

Note: The billable prices will automatically pull from your Inventory, where you have entered your prices. If you have imported your inventory from Xero, the prices will sync accordingly
