Add a Horse

1. Click on the "+ Add Horses" Button
   Once logged in, navigate to the "Horses" section in your account dashboard. Click the + Add Horses button to begin the process of adding a new horse.

2. Adding a Named Horse
   • If the horse already has a name, type the name into the search bar
   • A dropdown list will appear with matching names
   • Select the correct horse from the list to add it to your account
3. Adding an Unnamed Horse (Progeny of a Mare)
   • If the horse does not yet have a name, type the dam's name (the mother's name) into the search bar.
   • A list of progeny from that mare will appear
   • Select the relevant progeny to add the unnamed horse to your account

Important Info:

• Racing Data Activation for Quick-Added Horses
  • Racing data for quick-added horses will become active once the horse is nominated for a race
• Correct Lettering is Key
  • If manually adding a horse, ensure that the name is spelled and capitalised exactly as it appears in the official database. Even small differences in upper and lower case letters can prevent the system from connecting to racing data.
