Adding an expense from horse management

For those using the Horse Management component of miStable, you can add a procedure, select Billable item and it will automatically be added as an expense. No double entry! Very cool!

Horse: Select the horse (or horses) from the dropdown menu.
Related Race: Optional. You can keep a track of procedures leading into and out of a race. Billable Item: Turn on to add this procedure as an expense in miBilling. Enter all Expense Fields.
Date/Time: Record the date and time of the procedure.
Procedure/Treatment: Type of Procedure
Amount: Enter Qty and select type of measurement.
ssued by: Keep a record of who administered or conducted the procedure.
Description: Add details of the expense. This will display on your invoice.

Once the expense details have been added, click SAVE
