Now that you have successfully connect your Xero account to miBilling, we need to set up your miBilling account.
On your Dashboard go to Billing > Settings
Add Horse Locations
miBilling offers a horse diary to not only track where your horses are located but to make billing quick and easy.
The horse diary automatically calculates the days spent at a certain location and the total location cost for that period. This information is fed directly to your invoices.
Using the horse diary is optional, however should you wish to do so, you will need to add a list of horse locations and assign the daily rate.
In Billing Settings, select Horse Locations. Click the red +ADD button.
Enter a name for the location, a daily rate and Sales Account Code (default), then SUBMIT.
NB: An item code will automatically be generated.
